Dear Deborah,
You gave us a reading six years ago advising us about investing in and living on a large piece of acreage and warned us about buying the first piece of property we fell in love with, because that may very well be a “lemon.”
Overall, there have been approximately a dozen witnesses to paranormal activity on our property. The things that have happened to us, our family, and friends would make for an interesting book (maybe some day I will write one); our experience even turned my skeptic Dad into a believer in the paranormal!
Everybody gathered that historically it was the scene of a Native American tragedy where quite a few spirits became stuck there.
We experienced much personal “bad luck” as we remained there, never seeming to make any progress. Two other neighbors also experience similar strange events on their property. One told us our property used to be part of the Ogallala Trail.
I consulted with three different shamans/mediums who told me I needed to be the one to help them find peace once and for all. Perhaps you can clarify this information for me. FYI–we have already moved out of there into a rental, to hopefully release our bad luck!
Signed, L.S.
Dear L.S.
I agree that you need to do what you can to to help these spirits find peace by releasing them from their spiritual attachment and subsequent haunting of this land. After considerable meditation and consultation of the cards, I suggest that you try the following.
Put yourself as close as you can get to the center of the property and remove all 12 face (court) cards from a new deck of playing cards. Also withdraw the Ace of Hearts (designated the “Home” card in readings).
Place the Ace of Hearts on the ground in front of you. In a large circle around the Ace, bury face down each of the 12 court cards (in no particular order), urging these spirits on the land to “go home” with your care and guidance, where they belong.
Why the 12 face cards? Remember, the cards themselves are intrinsically connected to the calendar. There are 12 months to the year, 12 signs to the zodiac, 12 months to each season.
As for the cards themselves, the four suits of the deck are also considered to symbolize the four elements of creation: earth, air, fire, water. This symbolic gesture on your part is seen to help dissipate the negative energy attached to this land for those who will call it “home” in the future.
The cards agree with your intuitiveness, L.S. You will sell the property in the latter months of this year.
Blessings,
Deborah

Update from L.S.:
Just wanted to let you that your prediction just came true…we now have our house under contract…yay!
I believe sincerely that your reading was very helpful in that it enabled me to energetically release that home and its “spirits,” so I wanted to thank you for your wonderful insight.
